Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We’ve put together some of the most common questions we get about BuildTheProcess so you can better understand our services.

Service

  • No - We work collaboratively with you to understand how your current processes work, then optimize them. We do not design your core business processes from scratch. You are the expert in your process, we are the process experts who help get it out of your head, documented and optimized.

  • We only work with companies running on EOS. They understand the importance of strong processes and run the business in a way that holds them accountable for completing initiatives every 3 months, which fits in well with our delivery model.

If you are looking to get started with EOS, we can introduce you to our recommended list of Implementers to help get you started!

  • You ultimately are responsible for training your team on how to complete your newly documented and optimized processes. You will leave a full 90 day engagement with a company playbook (containing your core processes) to serve as the basis for all training.

  • We train your process experts on best practices to review, assess and update your documented core processes moving forward, so that you can do this yourself without our team or long term success.

  • GWC means, Get its, Wants it, Capacity to do it. It is an EOS term that measures effectiveness of an individual in a specific seat.

  • Absolutely! We are more than happy to work with companies that are self implementing EOS as long as it is a good mutual fit. When working with self implementers, we ask that companies still have a dedicated integrator in place, as well as a basic understanding of what the companies core processes are.

  • We utilize a combination of Miro (Visual Diagramming Software) + a Company Playbook to document then package your core processes.

  • Having an integrator is critical when it comes to a successful EOS implementation as well as the creation of a successful process component. We only work with companies that have a dedicated integrator in place as they drive internal accountability critical to our time together.

  • Invoice are submitted to your bi ling contact via QuickBooks invoice Link.

  • We price our services on a monthly basis. We guarantee you 8 sessions per month, but if for some reason you are not able to utilize all of your 8 sessions, they do not roll over to the following month. While we work with clients within reason to accommodate, the idea is that constant rescheduling and kicking the can does not occur. Ultimately, this is for buy-in purposes.

  • We do our best to ensure that you and your company have everything you need for long term success with your process component. However, if you feel like you need additional support, we have options available.

Technology

  • BuildTheProcess offers our clients a service; we do not provide a proprietary software of our own.

Our Experts work with you and your subject matter experts to identify, document, and streamline our clients core business processes.

We then package and deliver these processes into a comprehensive and interactive Company Playbook that enables a strong (and Followed by all!) Process Component.

  • If a client of ours is interested in a Process Street implementation, we are more than happy to spend the time determining if Process Street would be a good fit AFTER we successfully complete our initial process engagement.

Process documentation and optimization is still the first and most critical part of a successful Process Street implementation!

  • We have recently expanded our team and now offer automation services.

To access our automation services, you first must complete a 90 day engagement with our process team where we identify, document and streamline your core processes.

If you are interested in incorporating automations into your business processes, we are happy to determine potential use cases AFTER we successfully complete the documentation of your core processes.

To be successful with automation, you first need to have well documented, streamlined processes!
