Since 2015, Adam has been focused on operations and process improvement, seeing success at multiple companies in a variety of roles. He sees value in keeping things simple: Low fidelity, high impact tools are far better than over complicated solutions that no one uses.
Adam first read Traction in 2018 while selling real estate in Iowa City, Iowa. He quickly took on the Integrator seat in the organization and began working to identify a target market, core values, rollout EOS® tools and further streamline operations. Since reading Traction, Adam can only view business through the lens of EOS® (which is for the better!).
After seeing a need for process improvement in every company he had been involved with, he leveraged his belief in EOS® (especially the Process Component™) and founded BuildTheProcess. Now, BuildTheProcess has dedicated itself to businesses running on EOS®, working collaboratively with them to create a strong Process Component™.
