Our Process Problems Call

We’re Giving Away the House

At BuildTheProcess, our focus has always been adding as much value as possible. We are always watching and listening for what the EOS® community needs when it comes to the Process Component™.

Over time, we realized that everyone knows process is important. So rather than continue to create content selling on the importance of process, we are transitioning our focus.

Our new focus is to provide the EOS® community with as much value add material surrounding the Process Component™ as possible.

We want to create and share content that shows and explains exactly how we do what we do for our clients. Real value add content and free material that helps companies document and streamline their core processes on their own. In addition, showcasing the results our approach and unique process tools has had for our clients, and what they have learned about the Process Component™ throughout our process journey together.

We don’t need to tell you that process is important. Instead, we are going to create content and material that will assist companies with documenting and streamlining their own Process Component™.

Our Game Plan

Our game plan is simple:

To build the most impactful and free DIY Process Resource Center for companies running on EOS®.

Our Resource Center will provide companies with all of the strategies, templates, and tools that we utilize when working with our clients to document and streamline their Process Component™ in 90 Days, including:

  • Downloadable templates and checklists you can easily use on your own.

  • Educational videos showing you how to document and maintain your core processes.

  • Project management tools and best practices to help you plan, track and complete your process documentation journey.

  • Q/A Sessions answering the process questions we receive directly from members of the EOS® community.

Want to Help Us?

In order to create the most impactful content surrounding the Process Component™ as possible, we are relying directly on the feedback and questions we get from the EOS® community.

That is why our team members have opened their calendars to create room for our new “Process Problem”s call. On these calls, we want to listen to what questions the EOS® community needs answered when it comes to the Process Component™.

Whether you are an EOS® Implementer, a company Visionary, or an Integrator, we want to know exactly what process problems you are seeing, and what information you feel is currently missing to strengthen your Process Component™ on your own. Whatever is on your mind surrounding the Process Component™ we want to hear it!

What’s the catch? Absolutely nothing. These calls are free, you will not receive any sort of sales pitch. We will just be having an open conversation surrounding the Process Component™. It will help you get answers to your process questions, and it will help us understand what value-add content we can create to add the most value to the rest of the EOS® community.

Ultimately, it is our hope that you utilize these tools and resources to strengthen the Process Component on your own - but often we find that a lack of accountability, execution and project management is where companies fall short. If you do find yourself needing additional fire power on the Process Component™, we are always here to work directly with you and your team to move this from a “to-do” to a “to-done”! When working with us you are paying for speed, execution and expertise.
